I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Registered Tax Agent in Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accountancy. I have experience in multi-cultural environments having worked in Australia, Africa and the USA.  My career started as a Chartered Accountant working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1994 in South Africa. After moving to the USA, I continued my career working in public accounting and commerce.  I took a break from formal employment while raising my three beautiful children.  During this time I also lived in Ghana in Africa where I was part of a team that managed and supported a volunteer program to raise funds for a rural hospital to improve quality of care provided by the hospital to rural residents. I work very closely with our business clients and I enjoy taking an active role in helping our clients grow their businesses, but at the same time find balance in their lives. I believe being a business owner creates many challenges regarding time commitments. My aim is to help our clients manage the accounting side of their business with ease and setting them up to be successful.  This enables them to free up their time to focus on managing their business and doing what they enjoy.  I have experience working with clients in various industries from small family businesses to large corporate listed entities. My aim is to help you set up processes to enable you as a business owner to understand your financial information and optimise the potential of your business.
